Welcome to RAYF Clothing ("RAYF", "we", "our" or "us").

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from RAYF Clothing. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website.

1. ELIGIBILITY

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age, or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

  • The information you provide is accurate and complete.

  • You are authorised to use the payment method provided.

2. PRODUCTS

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, sizing information and pricing are accurate.

However:

  • Colours may appear differently depending on your screen or device.

  • Measurements may vary slightly due to the manufacturing process.

  • Minor variations between products may occur.

These differences do not constitute a fault.

3. LIMITED DROPS & MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTION

RAYF Clothing operates primarily through limited product drops.

Collections are generally available to purchase for approximately one week before the store closes.

Once the drop has ended, production begins for all confirmed orders.

Estimated production and shipping time is 5–6 weeks from the date the drop closes.

Customers will receive:

  • An order confirmation after purchase.

  • An email confirming when production of their order begins.

  • A shipping confirmation with tracking details once their order has been dispatched.

Production and delivery estimates are provided in good faith but may occasionally vary due to circumstances outside of our control.

4. PRICING

All prices displayed on our website are shown in the applicable currency at checkout.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

The price charged will always be the price displayed at the time your order is placed.

5. PAYMENT

Payment is taken in full at the time an order is placed.

Orders will not enter production until payment has been successfully authorised.

All payments are processed securely through Shopify's approved payment providers.

RAYF Clothing does not store your payment card details.

6. ORDER ACCEPTANCE

After placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt.

This does not mean your order has been accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including but not limited to:

  • Suspected fraudulent activity.

  • Incorrect pricing.

  • Product availability issues.

  • Payment authorisation failure.

  • Breach of these Terms & Conditions.

If your order is cancelled after payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.

7. SHIPPING

Estimated delivery timeframes are provided for guidance only.

Once dispatched, delivery times depend on the courier and destination.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping details are accurate before completing checkout.

RAYF Clothing is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, courier services, weather events or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Please refer to our separate Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Unless an item is faulty or your statutory consumer rights apply:

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

  • Eligible returns will receive a store credit.

  • Store credit is valid for 3 years.

  • Sale and promotional items are final sale.

9. FAULTY PRODUCTS

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us at:

Please include:

  • Your order number.

  • A description of the issue.

  • Clear photographs showing the fault.

All products are inspected before a fault is confirmed.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.

10. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders cannot be cancelled, amended or changed once they have been placed.

Please ensure all details, including sizing, shipping address and contact information, are correct before completing your purchase.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website is owned by or licensed to RAYF Clothing.

This includes:

  • Brand name

  • Logos

  • Product names

  • Clothing designs

  • Photography

  • Graphics

  • Videos

  • Artwork

  • Website design

  • Written content

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed or used without our prior written permission.

12. PROHIBITED USE

You agree not to:

  • Use our website for unlawful purposes.

  • Attempt to interfere with the security or functionality of our website.

  • Copy or exploit our content without permission.

  • Upload malicious software or harmful code.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access where misuse occurs.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RAYF Clothing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion is prohibited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where applicable consumer law provides otherwise.
