SHIPPING & PRODUCTION

RAYF Clothing operates on a limited drop and made-to-order production model.

Each collection will be available to purchase for a limited period (typically around one week). Once the drop closes, we begin manufacturing all customer orders.

Production and shipping typically take 5–6 weeks from the date the store closes.

Once production for your order begins, you will receive an email confirmation letting you know your garment is officially in production. You will receive a second email with tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched.

By placing an order with RAYF Clothing, you acknowledge and accept these production and shipping timeframes.
