RETURNS & REFUNDS
RAYF accepts returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be faulty or damaged, unused, and returned in the same condition they were received, including original packaging. To request a return or exchange, customers must contact rayfclothing@gmail.com. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed as faulty. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and any return postage costs may be deducted from the refund once processed.CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES
